Day 1
Will take a short flight from Delhi to Dehradun,a beautiful city surrounded by the hills, a cool and fresh air will welcome you, a private vehicle is waiting to drive you to the Rishikesh, enjoythe views of the picturesque Himalayan hills (about 90 minutes’ drive).
Upon arrival at the hotel, you will receive a warm welcome enjoy hot lunch at the hotel’s restaurant while your check in formalities are being done.
Yoga
The root of the word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Yog’ which means Union. This means the union of mind, body and spirit, as well as the union of oneself with the universe. The holistic experience of yoga emphasizes that this union is necessary for a person who seeks spiritual fulfilment.
Rishikesh
Rishikesh, is a spiritual city located on the banks of the Ganges and surrounded by three Himalayan mountain ranges of Shivalik, for the next 6 days, a daily yoga and meditation routine will take place in the morning and evening. You will have lots of free time during the day, which you may spend walking around the Ganges, the atmosphere there is always festive, take part in the evening aarti which takes place daily at the banks of the Ganges.
